Mr. Draper has extensive experience in litigation and transactional work developed over a 40 year legal career as a solo practitioner, partner of Andrews & Kurth, corporate counsel and assistant secretary of Atlantic Richfield Company, and an associate attorney of Baker & McKenzie. Mr. Draper is a solutions oriented attorney whose goal is to provide creative and effective solutions to client legal problems, in as economical and expeditious a manner as possible. He has concentrated in the areas of energy, natural resources and environmental law matters since opening his solo practice in 1989, with offices in Bakersfield and Century City.
