Draper PLC.  Mr. Draper has extensive experience in litigation and transactional work developed over a 40 year legal career as a solo practitioner, partner of Andrews & Kurth, corporate counsel and assistant secretary of Atlantic Richfield Company, and an associate attorney of Baker & McKenzie. Mr. Draper is a solutions oriented attorney whose goal is to provide creative and effective solutions to client legal problems, in as economical and expeditious a manner as possible. He has concentrated in the areas of energy, natural resources and environmental law matters since opening his solo practice in 1989, with offices in Bakersfield and Century City. His main office is currently in Oxnard, California. Representative clients in the oil and gas industry besides Atlantic Richfield Company have included Mobil E&P, Shell Western E & P,  Vintage Petroleum, and Kelt Oil and Gas Company, as well as numerous smaller independent oil companies, oilfield service companies, and other oil and gas and mineral interest stakeholders. Mr. Draper uses his wide experience to assist clients in acquisition, leasing , farmout and development of oil and gas and mineral interests in California and, should disputes arise in those areas, Mr. Draper also provides litigation services for both defendants' and plaintiffs' issues in all State and Federal courts in California and the Federal Ninth Circuit. Mr. Draper is a member of the California Bar and also a member of the bar of the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Draper is a Juris Doctor graduate of the Gould Law School of the University of Southern California.
