Our firm has been providing quality legal services to California businesses and individuals from offices in Bakersfield and Los Angeles since 1989.   The firm was created in 1989 by California attorney Jack A. Draper II,  after Mr. Draper had obtained a wide variety of legal experience in public, corporate and private law practice since 1974.  

Mr. Draper created the firm because he saw the need for a small firm which could provide a one stop resource providing energy, environmental and employment litigation and counseling services in the Central and Southern California area.  Hence our mission is to offer comprehensive and quality legal services in the environmental, energy and employment fields, under one roof, in order to provide the quickest and most cost effective legal service to our clients.
